In July 2013 I married the love of my life, Kyle. We do not have any children, but we do have two "fur babies". Our English Bulldog's name is Toby and Pippa is our mixed breed (I think that she is a Blue Heeler/Aussie mix). In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my little family, going to the dog parks, walking, or just relaxing!

Kyle grew up in Conroe, and I moved here from Bryan/College Station when we got married. Although I grew up in Aggie Land, I did not go to college at A&M (I am still a HUGE Aggie fan though). I received a swimming scholarship to Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, where I swam all four years. While swimming, I went to NCAA nationals 3 times and hold two national titles.
I have known since I was very young that I wanted to become a teacher. For the last THREE years I taught both 5th and 6th grades. I truly LOVE teaching and REALLY LOVE teaching the intermediate ages.
